Kenyasoweta Bowman says:
Does the blended learning training program simulate a variation of the “flipped classroom” where learners are introduced to new information offsite (i.e. at home) before officially being trained in the workplace? Can this LMS be used in academic settings as well?
Kevin Kuhn says:
Hi Kenyasoweta, blended learning can be seen as a variation of the “flipped classroom”, but it can also be used to reinforce in-person learning without regard to the timeframe of the learning.
RomyLMS was designed as a corporate LMS, but there are no real limiting features that would prevent it from being used in an academic setting.
